2341097 - No print-relevant changes to document exist (ME140) displayed in ME9A for RFQ change

Symptom

After changing data in T-code ME42, the change message is processed immediately. But when you run T-code ME9A and try to "display message" for this change, system message ME140 'No print-relevant changes to document ********** exist' is issused.
