2341174 - Portal transaction iview defaults to SAP Easy Access screen regardless of T-Code maintained

Symptom

  • When a transaction iview (ITS, IAC, WebGUI etc.) is configured to invoke a particular Transaction code the transaction will never be called
  • An error control not found is visible under the backend system
  • The SAP Easy Access homescreen will instead display as below:
