2341376 - Modifying the Time Out Setting for UI Report Export and Published Report Failures - EIS

Symptom

  • An SAP Enterprise and Service-Level Optimization (EIS) UI report is exported to Excel and the export fails with the following error:  "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error"
  • An SAP Enterprise and Service-Level Optimization (EIS) UI published report is generated (.csv file) and the UI displays output similar to the following messages:
                               An Error Occurred
                               Error Code: 14
                               Error TimeStamp : 01/30/2017  08:50 AM EST
