2341999 - "The Email Subject/Body is required" error receiveD when sending ad hoc notification

User creates a new Notification Template in the LMS and edited the template as per requirement using the New Launch Editor Tool.

But user gets an error message saying that "The Email Subject/Body is required" when trying to use the template.

Subject and Body added when creating the template.
