2342150 - Server is not starting with error 'Could not find or load main class null'- SMP3

Symptom

When attempting to start server using go.bat, the server is unable to start and generates the error:

Error: Could not find or load main class null

Some properties in the props.ini file  are replaced with 'nulls', similar to:
