2342153 - SAP RU-FI: Transfer Pricing. The view J_3RF_TPV uses the "Standard recording routine"

The customizing table for the transfer pricing J_3RF_TP is an application table which can be maintained with the view J_3RF_TPV - also an "application table" view. The generated maintenance view uses the "Standard recording routine" so that this maintenance is in fact customizing. This would be OK if the fields vendor, customer and so on would not be checked for existence in our customizing system where we do not have the master data available
