• Both the full and delta CPA cache refreshes fail with the below error:
  
  Couldn't parse Configuration Data cache update XML string from Directory
  org.xml.sax.SAXException: JavaErrors Tag found in cache update XML. at 
  com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.cache.directory.DirectoryDataSAXHandler.startElement
  
  
  
• In the defaultTrace file you see the following errors:
  
  SQL error occurred on connection
  SAPSR3DB: code=600, state="60000", message="ORA-00600
