  Fatal internal error encountered while instantiating DBTABLE for database '<database>'. Database is unusable. Please contact Sybase Technical Support for assistance.
• Error: 12324, Severity: 21, State: 1
  In database '<database>', the server failed to open required table 'sysreferences'. Please contact Sybase Technical Support
  
  
• A subsequent reboot of ASE still does not allow this database to be loaded
