Symptom

While upgrading system to the NetWeaver version 7.5 and the upgrade fails with the following error in the traces:

Detailed message: 1. null (row:-1, col:-1)
   -> Cannot process non-standard encoding ASCII on a JDK that is not provided by Sun: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: sun.io.ByteToCharConverter
