2342684 - Kapsel Application crashes after loosing/changing the connection


  • Kapsel Application crashes when:
    • Changing a connection from WIFI to 3G/4G or vice versa.
    • Disabling WIFI or 3G/4G when working with the application
    • Enable Airplane Mode
  • The logcat logs show the errors below:
    • E/SMP_AUTH_PROXY: AuthoProxyException posts onReceivedError: Error code=-6 Description=Server is down. Unable to reach the server: URL='' URL= ErrorType=Err_Type_ServerIsDown
    • E/SMP_AUTH_PROXY: Unknown Error. Details : failed to connect to /x.x.x.x (port xxxx) after 60000ms: connect failed: ENETUNREACH (Network is unreachable).
  • Application crashes immediatly after tapping on OK:
