When creating an item as an administrator, certain fields are governed by other configurations in the Learning system. What are those values?

Resolution
- Require E-Signature - The setting Default electronic signature setting for new Item in Global Application Settings controls this
- Auto Record Competency Rating on Item Completion - The setting Allow Users to assess competencies of their own in User Settings controls this
- User can Request a Class - The setting Enable User Item Requests controls in User Settings controls this
- Manager/User can Add to Learning History - The setting User can add history records for items and Managers can add history records for items in User Settings controls this
- Unregistered User can Access Online Content - The setting Allow users to access online content without registration in User Settings controls this
- Include User Ratings from Previous Revision - This value defaults to Yes if an item is being created in any other way except for manual creation on the interface. The Add New Item screen defaults to "No" and there is no configuration to change this behavior
