SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management


SuccessFactors can be integrated with other third party vendors. For most of them, the customer has to purchase a license with a vendor. All Integrations for third party vendors are in charge of Partner consultants. This Knowledge Base Article is a Master KBA for our resources regarding implementing integrations with third party vendors.

eQuest is the leader in domestic and international job posting delivery and complete job board management services. It includes candidate sourcing metrics and job board evaluations, job board consultation and planning, job board negotiating, and billing control.

As part of 2022 H1 release, this integration was deprecated. If you want to use eQuest job board, the integration is now just available as part of Recruiting Posting solution.


PeopleAnswers and SHL

Clients can integrate with third-party vendors PeopleAnswers and SHL to perform candidate assessments. Using this integration, customers can:
● Assign assessments to job requisitions
● Prompt applicants to fill out the corresponding assessment
● View assessment statuses and results in the assessment portlet within the application
Use of this integration requires a separate third party contract with PeopleAnswers or SHL. If the client opts-in to the assessment integration and configures it, recruiting users will see a section on the requisition. The users will be allowed to assign them to an assessment package to the requisition. The Recruiting integration with PeopleAnswers and SHL requires either Boomi or SAP HCI. Please ensure that SAP SuccessFactors SSL Renewal Certificate is added to CPI Security material.

Configuring Recruiting Management with Third Party Vendors Guide
First Advantage / (Verification Inc.) The integration between SuccessFactors and First Advantage allows joint customers to initiate and receive results of background checks. It can perform drug screens on candidates directly from the SuccessFactors Recruiting system. Verification Inc. After December 2014, all new customers who need background checks should implement the First Advantage solution. Do not implement any customers with Verifications, Inc after December 2014. Configuring Background Check with First Advantage
