• Is it possible to report on Offer Approvals pending approval?
• How to report on the current approver of an offer?
• How to obtain a list of all the offers which are currently pending approval along with their current approver names?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

To report on Offer Approvals, Ad Hoc functionality can be used. By following the steps below, you should be able to report on all offer approvals determining the status of each and also who are the approvers which action is pending:

1. Go to Report Center
2. Report Table
3. Create New -> Recruiting V2 or Recruiting V2 Secured
4. Columns: Offer Detail
5. From available columns, you may want to select at least: Offer Detail ID; INTERNAL STATUS, Approver's User ID and Approver's Order (Select as many columns as needed).
6. Set the Report Filters -> Offer Detail -> Internal Status -> By My Selection: At this stage, you will be able to determine which status of Offer Approval you would like to report on filtering down the results returned:

Please note that Offer Detail ID is the unique identifier of an Offer Approval and it is system generated.
