2343621 - Multiple stack traces in Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE)

Symptom

  • Multiple stack traces are seen in the ASE errorlog.
  • Many different processes, including those from the sa login, seem to be hitting stack traces.
  • No errors are reported
  • Processes (spids) are not terminated
  • The errorlog is filling with large number of stacktraces, but ASE appears to still be running.
