2343625 - FAQ - Setting of Date and Time formats in LMS

Currently in SF Learning we can set Language wise Date and Time formats.

Our requirement is to set Date and Time format Country or Region wise. Currently when the user changes his Language, the date and time format changes automatically. We want to stop this and it should change only if Country or Region is changed.

My other requirement is to upload user Date and Time format in LMS. Can we upload using User connector or any Import Tool ?

Go to Learning Administrator -> References -> Geography -> Locales -> Select any Language.

1- As per the current logic of the system, the locale preference sets the date/number format preferences. So in order to have a different logic, you will need to submit it as an enhancement in the Community Portal.

2-User connector allows to upload a time zone and locale for the user. The import tool for users also offers the option to upload time zone and locale as well. In order to upload user date and time format this would be an enhancement too.
