2343741 - User Connector Error "Legal Entity is required"

Symptom

When running the User Connector or User SF Connector we are receiving the error message as below:

Resolution

If your input file contains the header "INCLUDE_IN_GOVT_REPORTING" then its required for you to pass the Legal ID (i.e Header as "LGL_ENTITY_2483_ID") and the Connector Configuration should have the configuration "user.connector.defaultValue.includeInGovtReporting" set to 'Y'.
