2344065 - Error "Internal resume attachment processing error" when trying to print an application - Recruiting Management

While trying to print an application, the following error message is received: "Internal resume attachment processing error".

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to the application page
2. Try to print an application
3. An error occurs saying that an "Internal resume attachment processing error" occured.

The current operator doesn't have permissions to one of the application fields selected for printing the application.

(For Support - an error similar to the following message will appear in the server logs: No permission on cover letter for job req id xxxx)

There are two possible solutions:

• Grant read permissions to the application fields selected for printing.

• Users without permissions to particular application fields should unselect those for printing the application.
