2344162 - Unable to edit the class attendance

After recording a learning event for a class, its details cannot be modified by the Learning instructor.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Register a user for a class >
2. Ask the Learning instructor to record the attendance for that class >
3. Now, the Learning instructor tries to change the attendance for that class >
4. The system will not allow it to be modified.

The attendance is not editable after the learning event has been recorded.

1. Learning administration side >
2. Manage User Learning >
3. Edit Learning History >
4. Search and access the desired user learning event >
5. Copy the details of the learning event, if those need to used in a later moment >
6. Delete the learning event >
7. Ask the Learning instructor to record the attendance for that class again.
