Symptom

  • Execute any transaction such as SGEN or ST22

  • It never comes out of Compiling phase until the process times out.
  • Runtime error "TIME_OUT" occurred.
  • Viewing ST22 dump hangs with "Compiling CL_O2_API_XSLTDESC============CP in separate task."
  • SNOTE hangs
