Classic Onboarding Dashboard

1. Navigate to Onboarding
2. In the Work Queue, click the restart step button ()
   
    

Fiori Onboarding Dashboard

1. Navigate to Onboarding
2. In the Work Queue, click the restart text for a specific activity
   
   
   
   
3. Multiple activities can also be restarted, by selecting the activities and clicking the action to restart activity
   
    

Additional Information

• Every click of restart, a textbox will be shown to enter reason why a restart is needed; see KBA 2591320
• If the activity is still in New Employee Step (NES) before employee signature, you may still restart to move back to start of New Employee Step (NES)
• Activity can be restarted to Post-Hire Verification (PHV), or as needed
• If the activity is in All Document Submitted status, it means activity is completed and not possible for restart unless an issue occurred where activity moved automatically to All Document Submitted
