2344228 - Can you save the password for a Freehand SQL connection in Lumira

When using a Freehand SQL connection in Lumira Desktop is there any way to save the connection username and password in the Lumira document.

• SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform 4.1 SP5 and higher

Unfortunately there is no way currently to save the logon credentials in a lumira document.  The user will always be prompted for the credentials whether in Lumira Desktop or in BOE Enterprise.

Note: For JDBC connections the "Save Password" check box in the connection UI is presented by the JDBC driver itself and not Lumira.
