When importing the Guidelines File in Spot Awards the system is displaying the following error message:
**Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental**

Cause
This is being caused by the imported file being incorrectly formatted with incorrect characters.
Resolution
The file contains a syntax or format error.
For example, invalid characters in the headers row would lead to this error.
When you encounter any issues with import files we recommend these csv files to be opened in notepad ++.
This can help identify issues with incorrect formatting which can be corrected to solve any potential import errors.
