2344770 - User count in SAP Mobile Platform Admin Console does not match the number of real connected Agentry users

Symptom

The list of logged-in Agentry users seen through the SMP Administration Cockpit does not match what the Agentry server actually has. This is a display error only. The server operates normally at this time.

Environment

All versions of the SMP Server prior to SMP SP11 PL02 could experience this problem.
