Symptom

  • Unable to change phases to open for response
  • getSumTotalCriteriaWeights error: in logs "com.sap.odp.api.common.exception.ApplicationException: while trying to invoke the method java.util.Collection.toArray() of a null object loaded from local variable .."
  • Export to Excel is producing the same error
  • Duplicating the RFX causes the same error
  • Rfx questions were imported
  • question preview displays blank when viewing rfx
  • Error when suppliers try to open the event: "Have your system administrator check the error log for more details. The RFX document failed to generate a RFX response"
