2344825 - New Employee Step Completed without Entering Date of Birth - Onboarding

Symptom

  • New Employee Step completed by the new hire without required field of Date of Birth being entered.

Environment

  • New Employee Step employee information panel

Reproducing the Issue

  • Use Chrome as your browser
  • During the New Employee step on the Employee information panel do not enter  required Date Of Birth.
  • At the same time when using Chrome they need to be making an upgrade.

Cause

  • This is a rare occurrence that could possibly occur given these circumstances below.
  • If Chrome is making an upgrade behind the scene while you are in the process of the New Employee Step and you skip to enter a required field the system can allow you to proceed.

Resolution

  1. Please try to enter all required fields
  2. If this does occurs and the Date of Birth is required for your records please open a support ticket if you need to have one of our Cloud Product Engineer update your record with the Date of Birth.
