2344848 - Scroll Bar is missing in Lumira document Input Control

Symptom

When viewing Lumira document in BI Launch Pad, you do not see the scroll bar in the drop down of an input control element, similar to this screenshot:

The same document works in another browser such as Internet Explorer, or on a different computer, where the scroll bar shows up:
