2344905 - BP cannot be created from Customer due to error R11124 / R11117

Symptom

The BP cannot be created from the Customer via CVI even though you use MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT or FLBPD1 to synchronize them. There are errors "Business partner with GUID ** does not exist (No. R11124)" and "No internal standard grouping exists (No. R11117)" in transaction MDS_PPO2.
