2345551 - RoaObjectAccessException when saving IFlow in NWDS

Symptom

You try to create a new IFlow with NetWeaver Developer Studio (NWDS) and you try to configure the communication channels. After you configured a communication channel you try to save the IFlow but face the following exception:

com.sap.aii.utilxi.misc.api.ResourceException: Attempt to access the 1 requested objects on 1 failed. Detailed information:
com.sap.aii.ib.core.roa.RoaObjectAccessException: Attempt to read object Adapter Metadata  | , type AdapterMetaData from application REPOSITORY on system REPOSITORY failed. Object does not exist. Detailed information: Object Adapter Metadata  |  not found (no context)

In Enterprise Service Repository the Adapter Metadata for the selected adapter is available. In NetWeaver Administrator the Cache Monitor contains the Adapter Metadata.
