You want to prepare a report to present the number of candidates in each status of the candidate pipeline of a requisition.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Reporting (Report Center).
2. Click on New and then select Table.
3. Choose Single Domain then select Recruiting V2 on the dropdown.
4. On Columns, under Application entity select Job Req ID and Application Status fields.
5. Then click the Copy icon to duplicate Application Status field. Click Done.

6. Click Group By. Then click on Add another aggregate column.
7. Choose Application Status(2) and then for Function select Count. Click OK.

8. Click Preview and the report should look like this.
