Environment

Resolution

General behavior:

  1. Adhoc field "Aligned down" shows the count per person you cascaded to and not the cascading action

  2. If I take the goal owner out as filter, adhoc reports on everybody and all goals for this goal plan, however, it might not be feasible to run the report like this,
if you have a huge amount of goals

  3. However, the field "Aligned Down" will show the total number of people who received this goal per original goal owner, so in this example cgrant cascaded to 4 people, therefore 4
  4. The employees who received the goal and did not cascade themselves have 0 as value

  5. You can select as filter “Sender Username”, like this you will see how many goals one person has cascaded, however, adhoc will then only show you the cascader, not the people you cascaded
    adhoc4.png
  6. Goal Plan: Audit trail does not show the count per person, instead in audit trail it counts per cascading action - that means,
If you cascaded one goal to 3 people at once it will count it as one - that means it will show you one line as below.
  7. However, if you first cascade Goal 1 to Employee A and then 5 minutes later you cascade Goal 1 to Employee B in,
Audit trail it will be counted as 2, so it will show 2 lines
