Symptom
When a new position is assigned and unassigned to a user on his Concurrent employment. The position Vacant/to be hired status is not changing.
Also, If a manager has a concurrent employment with a different position his direct reports are shown correctly in the Position Org Chart.
However the manager does not get propagated to the reports Job Information.
Under position management setting Position is the leading hierarchy. Also to be hired status is set correctly.

It is working correctly for any change of a manager's position.

Reproducing the Issue
The position
Here it is set as to be hired as true and position is vacant.
After assigning the position to the user
But still the positon is showing the 'to be hired' as 'True/Yes'.
Cause
As of now it is not feasible to reset/set the vacant status field by concurrent employment.
Confirming that this issue is already captured and is on the roadmap to fix for 1608 release.
