Symptom

  • A Freight Document (Freight Order or Freight Booking) is viewed in SAP Transportation Management
  • The Items tab displays the Items Hierarchy.
  • The Hierarchy listing has columns named Gross Weight, Gross Volume and Quantity.
  • What values do these columns display? Are they the Planned Quantities or Actual Quantities for the Item?
