You have started system upgrade with SUM, and the phase of running SGEN is very slow and endanger the project schedule. You want to change the configuration on SGEN processes which was given in INITSUBST phase.
But in SUM UI menu "More" -> "Utilities" -> "SUM Parameters", there isn't a configuration option for SGEN.
