Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Marketing workcenter
- Go to the Campaigns view
- Create New Campaign / Open existing campaign
- Go to the Details tab
- Mark the fields Recurrence
- Fill the field Every
- Select the Dropdown list
No items found
The unit of measure Day, Week, Month and Year are currently marked as 'Blocked' in Business Configuration for the system.
- Go to the Business Configuration workcenter
- Go to the Implementation Projects view
- Select the Implementation project
- Select 'Open Activity List'
- Navigate to Fine Tuning
- Search and open the activity 'Quantities and Unit of Measure'
- Select the option 'Create and Maintain Physical Unit'
Here it can be found that the unit of measure Day ,Week, Month and Year are currently marked as 'Blocked'. Please change the activation status of these units to be able to view them in the Campaign.
