Symptom

  • Error: "Failed to create instance of Job"
  • In Crystal Reports for Enterprise, when attempting to create a report based on a Relational Connection, or a Universe, it fails.
  • In the Information Design Tool (IDT), in the Business Layer, it fails with the error: "Unable to connect to InfoStore"
