2347060 - External Request Form (SF-182) isn't hiding sections when the "Display" box is unchecked

External Request From (SF-182) is showing sections that have the "Display" checkbox unchecked.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Learning administration >
2. System Administration > Configuration > External Learning Request >
3. Uncheck the "Display" checkboxes > Save the changes >
4. Learning user side >
5. Under the Links tile, select "External Request" >
6. Certain hidden fields are displayed for the user.

If a field is hard coded to be displayed, then it cannot be hidden even it is set not to be displayed.

• These hard coded fields can be globally renamed using labels, but not removed.
• Workaround: replace the label value with blank value.

Note:

• All of the section names are hard coded (including the Applicant's Name section) per the SF-182.
• You cannot change how the system orders or groups fields in a section.
