2347182 - Supported Tags when sending Adhoc emails from 'Send Notification' functionality

• When sending adhoc emails, for example with the Certification Of Completion template (ID: CERTIFICATE_OF_COMPLETION), the email received by the user is coming up as blank.
• When sending adhoc emails from entity page (item, curriculum, etc), some tokens available in the default template are missing.
