2347182 - Supported Tags when sending Adhoc emails from 'Send Notification' functionality

When sending adhoc emails with Certification Of Completion template (ID: CERTIFICATE_OF_COMPLETION) the email received by the user is coming up as blank

The tags in template ID CERTIFICATE_OF_COMPLETION are not supported for adhoc emails, so this template should not be used when sending adhoc emails.

1. Learning Administration > System Administration > Manage Email > Email Notification Token Sets >
2. Search for the Token Set ID AD_HOC_NOTIFICATION >
3. Open the record on the edir more >
4. Navigate to the Tokens tab >
5. This will provide you with the list of all supported syntax tags for Adhoc notifications.
