2347590 - Item Category C always defaults Ship-To-Address in output

Symptom

Purchase Requisitions / Orders containing Item Category 'C'  (Customer Stock, or Items / Services provided by a Customer) items automatically append the customer address as the ship-to-address, in both the IDOC output and the printed output.

PRs and POs without Category C items will allow the ship-to-address to be assigned elsewhere (for example, your plant address can be set as the ship-to-address)
