2347647 - Portal shows error when launching iViews of type SAP GUI for Windows - SAP GUI 740

Symptom

In SAP GUI version 740, when moving between iViews, the following errors may be seen:

  1. saplgdll.dll error - "A required resource was unavailable":

  1. In some systems, this error is also seen:

  2. These errors do not occur on all Operating Systems. They typically occur on Windows 7 and Windows 10.
