2347954 - 'Access Denied' when trying to send completed survey

User tries to send completed survey assigned on his/her TO-DO list but he/she is experiencing error message:

Access denied

You do not have the required permission to view this page

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

1. Navigate to your BizX as a user
2. Click survey assigned to you on your To-Do list
3. Complete survey
4. Click "Send" button,
5. Error message is generated
6. However, in a report we can see the survey was sent

The issue was caused by the fact that survey has not been published

Admin should navigate to Learning > Questionnaire Survey and check if specific affected survey is published

If there is Publish button still visible, it means that it is not published.

After publishing survey, the issue should be resolved.

Note:

The Access Home permission can also generate this error when survey is submitted. Ensure that this permission is associated to the role which is assigned to the User in question.
