2348113 - Manually set attribute values in LMDB are overwritten

Symptom

In LMDB attribute values for the following attributes

- Priority
- Lifecycle Status

were previously manually set / selected via the drop down boxes and the selection of the attribute values was saved.

After the option 'Resynchronize Technical System from SLD' has been selected and the resynchronization was finished the attribute values became reset/initialzed.
