2348671 - My inbox error "Task facade not implemented for provider"

Symptom

  • Users are trying to activate My Inbox app in Fiori and you receive the following error while starting the app:

          System error. For more information, check the details or contact your system administrator.

  • Or click My Inbox app and get a loading page.

          If you enter in the Gateway error log you find the following message: Task facade not implemented for provider.

  • Or see in a network trace one of the batch requests of the task processing odata service failing with a 400 and error text:

          No service found for namespace /IWPGW/, name TASKPROCESSING, version 0002
