2348738 - "Could not open app. Try again later." when trying to launch UI5 application

Symptom

When trying to open a custom UI5 application from the Fiori Launchpad you receive the following errors:

  • Could not open app. Try again later.
  • Navigation link for intent could not be resolved
  • Failed to resolve navigation target
  • Launchpad <Role> / <Instanace> / <Application Alias> does not exist in client <Client ID>
