2348769 - How to check the Shared Objects Memory Usage in Technical Monitoring

The Event Calculation Engine stores its current status in shared memory (CL_MES_RULE_NET_SHM_AREA). The more monitoring configured, the more measurements need to be processed by Event Calculation Engine.
