2348864 - Custom Sets break measure views when selected in Filter By/ Report By

When a Custom Set is selected in the Filter By or Report By section of a measure page, some elements of the measure template may not display correctly or at all.

A Custom Set should not be used as a filter or a report by.  A filter is a single category, but a Custom Set is made up of several separate categories (at least 2), as opposed to a Custom Member which groups them together.

To use a Custom Set correctly on a measure page, select it in Analyse By. Otherwise:

• To use a Custom Set as a Filter By, recreate it as a Custom Member.
• To use a Custom Set as a Report by, recreate it as a Custom Member.
