2349360 - Agentry Language / Localization overrides (ini) not being picked up by SMP 3.0

• The Agentry server is not loading the language override files
• This is reported in SAP Mobile Platform 3.0 SP05 and SMP 3.0 SP06
• This localization issue that is not being picked up in both development and production mode
