2349388 - How to manage the Resources subtab in company Info page

• Customer wants to know how to enable/disable the Resources subtab.
• Customer wants to manage Company Info in Resources subtab.

To manage the Resources subtab in Company Info, you need to manage the permissions below:

• Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > General User Permission > Company Info Access
• Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > Manage System Properties > Company Resources Admin 

NOTE: The Resources subtab is available to all the users in company Info once there is content added to it (regardless of their language/locale). If there isn't any information, the page will be hidden from the users and only administrators with the permission "Company Resources Admin" will be able to see the page.

If there isn't information on the tab and it appears for users without the permission > check if Hide Admin Resources link feature is disabled on provisioning. If  you don't have access to provisioning, contact implementation partner or raise an incident under component LOD-SF-PLT-PRVR to check and/or enable it. Note that this change is not reversible.

To add the content in this subtab:

1. Go to Company Info Page
2. Click Resources subtab
3. Click "Edit" icon  next to Company Resources title
4. Select the language
5. Type the content
6. Click "Done" 

NOTE: If you want to add links to Resources tab, you need to have them hosted in an online server. It can be either your own server or SAP servers, and once you have the link, "Edit" the Resources page > click in the "Link" button in the header  > add the link >click "Done" or "Save".
