• The data in the table is Thai character.
• There are 2 similar rows in the table, but they are a bit different as shown below:
  
       the 1st row has "ศุภมาศบ้านและที่ดิน"                      ------- "บ้าน"
       the 2nd rowhas "ศุภมาศบ้่านและที่ดิน"                     ------- "บ้่าน"
   
• Creating unique index on this column fails with the following error: 
   
     Msg 1505, Level 16, State 2:
     Server 'Thai', Line 1:
     Create unique index aborted on duplicate key.  Primary key is '"ศุภมาศบ้่านและที่ดิน"'
