2349543 - Front -end Issues in OT Troubleshooting Tools

Common issues in OLAP Technology (OT) troubleshooting tools:

1. Transaction RSRT

• Some front end features do not work in RSRT -> HTML mode
• The same feature work in RSRT -> BICS mode and other front-end tools.
• Transaction RSRT -> HTML mode is no longer compatible with new Edge (based on Chromium) browser control setting (that is the standard setting for SAP GUI 7.70 version and higher)

2. Transaction LISTCUBE

• Display or save massive data from transaction LISTCUBE output does not work as expected.
• LISTCUBE output does not allow to switch the display, e.g. from key to text.
• 'Display SQL/BWA/SAP HANA Query' can't display the SQL statement for a virtual provider such as 0TCT_VC01 in transaction RSRT or LISTCUBE -> Execute + Debug options.
• Functions like Messages, Help Texts, Generation Logs, IGS Test, ABAP web & Java web are no longer visible.

3. Transaction RSECADMIN or RSUDO 

• Execute as User -> RSRT does not work for certain modes like Java Web, Analysis Office or WD Grid.

• SAP S/4HANA On-Premise (embedded BW)
