2350059 - How to set the default shipping address in order for B2B mode based on Account payment type

Symptom

In hybris, for B2B scenario, for B2B user, we have default address created in profile(on B2B site). But when try to checkout the order does not pick up this default address, we will introduce how to set the default address to be shown when checkout on Account payment type.
